- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA requires 3 each multiplexer housing assembly parts kits conforming to Navy drawings (with no revisions unless noted): 302345 heat sink, 405075 Rev B Chassis dowel, 405079 Rev A connecting rod, 405869 connector end chassis, 405870 thru rail, 405871 tapped rail, 405883 thru rail power board (bumper end) , 405884 thru rail power board (plate end), 1000214 hydrophone end pressure vessel machine/weld, 1000215 array mux 2003 housing cylinder, 1000217 mux 2003 end plate, 1000326 anti-vibration/heat sink bracket, 1000327 tilt sensor and transformer mounting bracket, 1000328 hydrophone end chassis, and 1000380 mounting bracket. NAICS code 332710 applies. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures. When issued, the RFQ will be posted ele ctronically via NECO and on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 26 Feb 2004. Award will be made on, or about 15 Mar 2004. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the so licitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered notes 1 and 26 apply.
