- 1. Section L of the solicitation has been revised to clarify content of pre-closing submittal for 27 February 2004 deadline. Factor C has two parts: (A) describes the content of the Pre-Closing Submittal on (page L-10), which shall be severable from the technical and price proposal; and (B) describes the content of the Sollicitation Closing (9 March 2004) Submittal on (pages L10-11). Changes are marked with a line in the right margin of pages L10 and L11. As such, remove Pages L1-L14 and replace with the attached Pages L1-L14 to conform Section L of the solicitation. 2. Section B.5(3)(b), on page B-2 of the solicitation, has been corrected: From: (b) Please note that the labor hourly wage category unit rates shall include tax. To: (b) Please note that the labor hourly wage category unit rates shall exclude tax. The Labor Rate spreadsheet, Attachment 15, should reflect Direct Labor, Overhead and Profit in the loaded rates. Taxes will be applicable on each Task Order. As such, remove Pages B1-B3 and replace with the attached Pages B1-B3 to conform Section B of the solicitation. 3. Proposal revision shall be complete and correct addressing all amended portions of Section L, Section B and any other affected areas with respect to price and performance of the stated requirements. All amendments must be signed and included with your technical and price proposal.
