- MSC intends to make a procurement based on unusual and Compelling urgency for Westech Technical Representatives (Controls Engineer and Field Service Representatives) to provide on-site cable control program and system support during an estimated 14 days days of sea trials onboard USNS ZEUS (T-ARC 7). The sea trial is from 24 February 2004 to 19 March 2004 at West Coast.
