This part is applicable to the AH-64 Aircraft. NSN: 3040-01-432-8239, P/N: 7-311511130-15, PRON: AX4F5202AX; NOUN: Connecting Link, Rig; QTY: 100 each with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery for Offer A ?????? Contractor Testing Required is First Article Tes t Required 268 Days After Contract Award (DACA); with production quantity of 20 each per month commencing 350 DACA until all deliveries have been made. Required delivery for Offer B ?????? Contractor Testing Not Required is 280 Days After Contract Award (DACA), with monthly quantities of 20 each. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., CAGE Code: 8V613 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is i t possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This part is a Flight Safety Part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
