- Description
- The US Army, TACOM-ARDEC, intends to award on a sole source basis to Penn State University the requirement for Engineering/Technical Support for Advanced Materials and Technology Assessments and Research Development. As a result of the Sources Sought Notice (DAAE30-03-R-0710) released on October 22, 2003, the US Army, TACOM-ARDEC has reviewed all submittals in response to this notice and have performed a comprehensive technical evaluation on each submittal. It was determined that Penn State possesses the desired and required qualifications in all nine areas described in the Sources Sought Notice (DAAE30-03-R-0710) and can perform these requirements in one central location.
