- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Agency at Fort Bliss Texas is soliciting for a Data Statistician/Data Management Analyst to provide temporary non-personal administrative services to the William Beaum ont Army Medical Centers (WBAMC) Patient Administration programs. Period of performance will be for 1 year. The services that will be required will consist of, but are not limited to, compiling patient statistical data from Medical Evaluation Boards, Phy sical Evaluation Boards, Active Duty Medical Extensions and for patients in a Medical Hold-over status; responsible for analyzing, combing and reporting statistical data via Microsoft Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and other software applications; responsib le for coordinating and monitoring health information of patients in various stages of Patient Administration Programs. Must be able to communicate and employ available resources used to promote quality, cost effective outcomes for patients undergoing med ical evaluations for possible medical separation, retirement and/or return to duty. The probable contractor will not be responsible for the supervision of the on-site data statistician. If selected, contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration - CCR (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to receive the award at the time of selection. The solicitation is issued as a RFQ. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, FAR 5 2.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 must accompany your offer. In addition to the preceding, the following FAR and DFAR Clauses/provisions are incorporated by reference: 52.222-3, 52.222-4, 52.222-6, 52.222-7, 52.222-8, 5 2.222-11, 52.237-1, 52.237-2, DFARS 252.204-7000, 252.204-7005, and 252.227-7013.
