- Description
- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). Furnish all transportation, equipment, and labor necessary to perform multiple Adult/Youth Sports Officiating services at Patrick AFB, Florida. Officials must be qualified and registered through the respective national sports federation. The base year Period of performance is 1 Apr 04 through 30 Sep 04. Four one-year options may be awarded. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the options. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-04-T-0093 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) number 8966, business size of $12.0M, and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 813990. All current GSA Schedule holders for this service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 13 Feb 2004 at www.eps.gov. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
