- Description
- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for cleaning and washing of interior and exterior of the C-5 aircraft at Kelly Field Annex, Lackland AFB TX in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The solicitation must be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov, as no paper copies will be issued. The solicitation will be available on or about 20 Feb 04, using the commercial format (FAR 12). A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated with a period of performance of 1 Apr 04 (or date of award) to 30 Sep 04, with four one-year options. Contractor is required to comply with all Federal, State, and Local EPA rules/regulations/laws as they pertain to dealing with waste, waste solvent, and waste water. This acquisition will be made under a 100% total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 561720. The size standard is $14.0 million. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by the agency.
