- Description
- 1. RFP 673-90F-04-003, this procurement is restricted to Federal Supply Schedule Holders (FSS) only. 2. The VA Medical Center Tampa Florida is procuring Non Personal Nursing Services on behalf of the 59th MDW/MSLE, Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, Texas. We need several positions as described in the 621-I Schedule, supplemented by the RFP and Performance Work Statement contained therein. 3. In accordance with AFI 44-119, Individuals who will perform under this contract shall be licensed in the State of Texas. 4. We anticipate a single award, however, multiple awards may be considered in the event that at least two or more firms may not offer all required disciplines in the required quantities. 5. A subcontracting plan is required. 6. Anticipated Start Date is April 1, 2004 for an initial period on 5 months followed by four of one year Options. 7. Response due date is March 10, 2004, 3:00 PM EST. All proposals shall be on a hard copy, no electronic or facsimiles shall be accepted. 8. All requests for information shall be in writing to Al Negr?n, Contracting Officer, jose.negron@med.va.gov or fax to 813-972-7064. 9. A one-day site visit is schedule for Feb 18th 2004 at 1300 hours CST. It is critical you inform your desire to attend NLT 1200 Hrs CST Feb 17th with Ms. Clare Hogan at 210-292-5700, so that, access could be coordinated in sufficient time to gain access to Lackland AFB Texas. The purpose for the site visit is to afford the potential offeros an opportunity to view the work site. All verbal exchanges during this site visit shall not be binding.
