Description
The Government seeks information from the vendor community regarding commercial-off-the-shelf permanent change of station (PCS) software. The subject PCS software must have the capability to process at least 1,000 vouchers per year and be functional for 10 concurrent users. The software must be fully compatible with the Gelco Integrated Travel Manager software. The PCS software must be scalable to at least 3,500 vouchers per year and 35 concurrent users by FY05. The PCS software must be effective and efficient at processing all PCS transactions. The PCS software must be compatible with the current NOAA Commerce Administrative Management System (CAMS). That is, the PCS software must provide at least the same level of support currently received and be integrated with the NOAA financial system such that, at a minimum, funds control and validation checks are performed automatically. The PCS software must possess current technical functionality that permits PCS information to be easily input, stored, and accessed by the user. Interested parties may submit information in the form of a Capabilities Statement that includes: 1. Capability to comply with the present and future requirements outlined above and 2. Identification of Government agencies currentlying using your PCS software. Note that this is a request for information only. The Goverment may or may not act upon any information received.
