Item is configuration control to Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, P/N 70500-02070-042, Rev V and AMCOM, CAGE 81996 procurement package #70500-02070 Rev F, with approved source Helicomb International Inc., CAGE 6W159. RFP#: SP0460-04-R-2518. Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Issue Date: 5 Mar 2004, Closing Date: 6 April 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. GFM Mylar is applicable. First Article, Contractor testing is required. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 370 DARO. Subject RFP is for a Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 25 each, with a 100% option quantity of 25 each . A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
