Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Other than full and open (more than one source) FAR 6.302-1. Solicitation is for a Long Term Contract. Guaranteed minimum for the base year is 12 each, minimum order quantity is 12 each, Estimated Annual demand quantity is 48 each, Maximum contract quantity is 96 each. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The solicitation issue date is 24 February 2004 and the closing date is 25 March 2004.
