Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: This acquisition is for Mowing and Trimming Services. The contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, fuel, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide mowing and trimming of public use areas at Kanopolis Lake Project. The period of performance is one base year (FY04) beginning April 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004, plus (4) four options (if exercised). The service period of performance for Option Year 1 (FY05) is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005. The per iod of performance for Option Year 2 (FY06), Option Year 3 (FY07) and Option Year 4 (FY08) are for the period October 1 thru September 30. The Government will award a contract from this request for quotes to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, i.e. experience, past performance and price. The evaluation factors of Experience and Past Performance will weigh more heavily than Price in determining the best value to the government. Th is solicitation is open to small business (SB) set-aside participates. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. The solicitation package shall be available on or about January 17, 2004. Pleas reference DOD DF ARS Clause 252.204-73-2, Required Central Contractor Registration. Prospective contractors must be registered with CCR prior to contract reward.
