- Description
- Alaska VA Healthcare System is seeking to negotiate a firm-fixed price requirements contract for Radiology Services for the Kenai/Soldotna area, for a base year with two (2) one-year options. NAICS Code 621512 is applicable. Solicitation to be issued o/a February 19, 2004 with proposals due on March 19, 2004 (4:00 pm pst). Requests for solicitation must be submitted in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. Estimated yearly cost range for these services are $100,000 and $250,000.
