- NA DESC: This solicitation is for a 3 year IDIQ Requirements contract for the following 12 items: Spring, helical, NSN: 5306-01-340-6067, P/N: 12591454; Plunger, retaining, NSN: 1015-01-340-6101, P/N: 12591448; Plunger assembly, NSN: 1015-01-340-7753, P/N: 12 591384; Screw, machine, NSN: 5305-01-340-7823, P/N: 12591452; Pivot, bearing, NSN: 1015-01-341-5173, P/N: 12591451; Plate, retaining, NSN: 1015-01-341-6311, P/N: 12591455; Pin, straight, headed, NSN: 5315-01-342-5090, P/N: 12591441; Collar, Plunger, NSN: 1 015-01-342-6800, P/N: 12591443; Collar, shaft, NSN: 3040-01-342-6801, P/N: 12591450; Lever, special, NSN: 1015-01-342-6825, P/N: 12591386; Lever, breechblock, NSN: 1015-01-342-1906, P/N: 12591447; and Lever, breechblock, NSN: 1015-01-343-1907, P/N: 1259144 6. Minimum quantities and quantity ranges will be included in the solicitation. FOB is destination. These items are for use on the M119 Howitzer. Estimated issue date is 03 October 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance wi th FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTI ON: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or pr oposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. Proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request the same by submission of an email request to tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), company Name, Point of Contact (optional) , Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the Internet.
