- GST03-04-R-0006 is amended as follows: This procurement is set aside for a small business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2 under NAIC 337214. The required delivery date is changed to 23 April 2004. The closing date is extended to 11 February 2004. DESC: The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 3, Philadelphia intends to solicit for CLIN 001 (45) EA- Media Safes with the capacity to hold at least 54 DLT tapes, 125f-1hr. at 1700f temp, Interior measurements: H: 14.6?xW: 12.7?xD: 12.7?, Exterior Measurements: H: 25.5?xW: 21.5?xD: 24.4?, Cubic Foot Capacity: 1.3, Weight in pounds: 297. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), GST03-04-R-0006. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-19. Delivery is required on or before 23 April 2004. Offers will be evaluated based on technically acceptable lowest offer. Safes will be shipped to(44)different locations (see below) for the Social Security Administration. Offerors are requested to include all applicable shipping charges for inside delivery FOB Destination. Offerors shall provide specifications.
