Description
RESPONSE TO SOURCES SOUGHT QUESTIONS PART II 1. Does a business have to possess all of the capabilities to perform all of the tasks listed in the SOW for every region? No, a business may demonstrate that it can preform a portion of the SOW, or that it can preform the entire SOW. Additionally, since separate and multiple contracts are anticipated being award in each region, a business may ultimately propose in only one or a few regions. 2. Will the potential small business vendors contract directly with EPA or will they be subcontractors under prime contract awards? The potential for both scenarios is available.
