- Subj: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NO. 01/04 ? CONTRACTOR SUPPORT TO HEADQUARTERS, SUPREME ALLIED COMMAND TRANSFORMATION (HQ SACT) EXPERIMENTATION CAMPAIGN. Offerors are hereby invited to submit a price and technical proposal to the Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) in support of the above requirement. Proposals will be received until 11 o?clock a.m. Friday, 12 Mar 2004. Proposals received after that time cannot be considered. Your attention is drawn to the Enclosures which outline the Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, submission instructions and Statement of Work (SOW) describing contractor support. HQ SACT reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, partially or in its entirety, at any time. In such an event, no claims for proposal preparation and related costs will be considered.
