Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to the National Research Center for College and University Admissions, 900 SW Oldham Parkway, Lees Summit, MO 64081, for a student na me search in order to provide USMA with names of college bound high school students who meet certain criteria and have expressed certain interests. The NRCCUA will conduct a nationwide search of students in ninth, tenth, and eleventh grades that meet USMA selected search criteria. This search service has proved to be the most effective search for USMA for admitted cadets. The award will also include NRCCUA membership for one year. Award amount is estimated to be $75,995. The applicable NAICS is 611710 a nd the size standard is $6M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. See Num bered Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). There will be no solicitation available.
