Description

This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Systems & Electronics Inc., St Louis MO, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is a requirements contract for the basic year and two out-year options. The acquisition is for the magnetron tube that provides radion frequency power output on APQ-175 Radar. The first year will be for 19 EA, First Option will be for 25 EA and the Second Option will be for 25 EA. The required delivery schedule for the first `19 is 30 Oct 2004. The approximate solicitation date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following the posting of this solicitation in the CBD.
