Other than full and open, only one source, intended source Labinal Components and Labinms Inc, Cage 25140. Unrestricted. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
