The Request for Quotation WILL BE RELEASED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC ON 02/10/2004 at the following website address http://IDEASec.nbc.gov. NO HARD COPIES OF THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION WILL BE MAILED OR FAXED. ALL VENDOR QUOTES FOR THE REQUESTED WORK MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY PRIOR TO 12:00 NOON EASTERN STANDARD TIME ON 02/25/2004.
