- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is synopsizing a requirement for Curriculum Development Support, which will include wargaming simulation. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with one base year and 4 option years This announcement constitutes the only synopsis. This is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this service is 923110 with a size standard of $4 mil. The work will be preformed at Maxwell AFB, Alabama for the Squadron Officer College (SOC). (As an accredited professional military education institution, SOC requires the skills, knowledge, and experience of a support contractor to build its curriculum and to utilize leading edge information and education technologies to deliver and manage its curriculum and college functions. The solicitation containing the Statement of Work will be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) in the near future. No telephonic or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offers will be responsible for checking FBO to obtain the solicitation, amendments or any other information pertaining to this requirement. IMPORTANT NOTEs: 1. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration are ineligible for award. Vendors may register at www.ccr2000.com; 2.
