- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to replace selected non-fish pipes from M.P. 5.69 to M.P. 7.75 on the 6235 Three Lakes Loop Road and spot blading and rolling on a variety of Forest Service Roads located on Mitkof Island. The project area is located 17 kilometers south of Petersburg on Mitkof Island, Southeast Alaska. Mitkof Island is accessible via the Alaska Maine Highway (ferry) and commercial barge and airline service. The estimated price range for this acquisition is between $100,000 - $250,000. The performance period is 365 days. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about February 9, 2004 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254. Fax requests should reference solicitation #R10-05-04-08. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 60 calendar days after the solicitation issue date. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on posted synopses, you will be automatically notified via email of any changes to the project. To register, select ?Register to Receive Notification? and follow the steps. Follow the same procedure for EACH project. PLAN HOLDERS LISTS: The Interested Vendors List (IVL) has replaced the plan Holders Lists that was previously available with solicitation packages. Access the IVL for all projects through the FedBizOpps website. To register as an interested vendor, select ?Register as an Interested Vendor? and follow the steps. Follow this procedure for EACH project of interest. Use the Register as Interested Vendor option to add your company name to the IVL and then view or print the IVL by selecting ?View List of Interested Vendors? for each project.
