- Various clamp loops, FSC 5340. All NSN's are listed on the DSCP "Shift to Commercial Practices" web site, found at: http://www.dscp.dla.mil/gi/general/scp_ltc.htm. There are 418 "core" items on this solicitation. "Non-core" items that may be added to the contract at a later time, are also listed on this web page. This solicitation will include a two year base term and three one year options to extend the term of the contract for one year each. There will be an "add/delete" clause to allow the placement of additional items on the contract. An economic price adjustment clause will be included to revise prices due to changes in the cost of material due to inflation.
