- Refer to numbered notes 12 and 26; The solicitation is for 14 nsns that are vehicular equipment componentst; estimated demand quantity for 14 nsns is 2207; solicitation number is SP0750-04-R-2630; This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years ? (base year plus 4 one year option periods). The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted RFP will full and open competition; The solicitation will be FOB destination and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations; the issue date is approximately 11 Feb. 04 and the closing date is approximately 12 Mar. 04; copies of the solicitation are posted to the following website on the issue date of the solicitation: http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The nsns include 2530-01-303-0085, 2530-01-478-4176, 2530-01-478-4402, 2530-01-478-7377, 2540-01-453-2490, 2590-01-120-8506, 2910-01-206-8721, 2910-01-310-1772, 3010-01-207-1900, 4440-01-407-5135, 4720-00-441-4926, 4820-01-127-6922, 4820-01-196-5282, and 4820-01-271-6918. Some of the nsns have component QPLs and please note that the associated specification will be listed in Section B of the solicitation. The instruction to obtain drawings will be explained in provision L07. Other nsns have part numbers which will be listed in the Section B spreadsheet of the solicitation.
