Description

Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to Repair HVAC Equipment at U. S. Coast Guard Group Eastern Shore, Chincoteague, VA. Major items of work shall include the following: 1.1 Flushing of the entire hydronic system. 1.2 Replacement of all the automatic temperature control valves and their motorized actuators. 1.3 Pressure test and insulate the disturbed area. 1.4 Replacement of damper motors. 1.5 Replacement of louver screens. 1.6 Complete air and water balance. 1.7 Commissioning of control system to verify correct equipment operation. This procurement is a total Hub-Zone Set-Aside. The estimated range of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS Code for this project is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0 million. NO RESPONSE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR REQUESTS FOR SOLICITAITON OR POSTING STATUS. When available, the solicitation documents will be available for download exclusively from the Internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.eps.gov. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely to the FedBizOpps website.
