- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to cancel the presolicitation notice for DTCG83-04-Q-3WF097. Because of an increase in the Government's estimated cost to perform the project, the solicitation will not be issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB); subject to Sealed Bidding procedures. The solicitation number will be changed to DTCG83-04-B-3WF097. In addition to the solicitation being changed from and RFQ to and IFB, the solicitation will be changed from a Total Small Business Set-Aside to a Total HUB-Zone Set-Aside. The Government reasonably anticipates that 2 or more certified HUB-Zone concerns will be interested in bidding on this project.
