- The purpose of this Notice is to: 1. Advise all interested parties that Matthew Johnson is the new Contracting Officer on this acquisition. All correspondence regarding this acquisition must be addressed to Mr. Johnson at 301.443.2698 or mjohnson@samhsa.gov. 2. Advise all interested parties who responded to the Presolicitation Notice in FedBizOps, which requested questions and comments to the Statement of Work (SOW) that these questions and comments have been considered by SAMHSA. Based on the questions and comments received, the SOW has been revised in response to these questions. All questions raised have been clarified in the SOW. No individual answers to questions will be forthcoming. 3. The incumbent contractor is Social Health Services (SHS), Ltd., with places of performance as: NMHIC 11426 Rockville Pike, 4th Floor, Rockville, MD 20852 and NCADI 11420 Rockville Pike, 1st Floor, Rockville, MD 20852. 4. The anticipated solicitation issuance date is approximately 30 days from the date of this FedBizOps Notice. After the solicitation is issued, interested parties will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the solicitation within the time parameters cited in the solicitation. If questions are received, these questions and answers will be included in an amendment to the solicitation and shared with all interested parties. 5. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2003, at the NMHIC and NCADI places of performance. Interested parties are welcome. See Schedule below. November 25, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. Suggested Schedule, November 25, 2003: 9:15-9:30 a.m. Assemble, SHS Warehouse, 7079 Oakland Mills Rd., Columbia, MD 21049 9:30-10:00 a.m. Warehouse Tour (No late arrivals will be admitted.) 10:45-11:00 a.m. Assemble, NCADI Reception, 11420 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. 11:00--11:30 a.m. Tour NCADI Reception Area, Library, Conference Room, and Distribution Center Visitors will be asked to register and wear a Visitor name badge. Since NMHIC has no "public" areas, none of their activities be included in the 11420-6 tour. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-NOV-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 22-JAN-2004.
