- Description
- The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement of Bulk Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, Grade C, NSN 9135-00-985-7080 (IAW MIL-PRF-27401D, 3 Oct 95), five year total of 38,940 TN with four associated storage tanks, FOB Destination to Azusa, CA. Bulk Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, Grade B, NSN 9135-00-965-2526 (IAW MIL-PRF-27401D, 3 Oct 95), five year total of 39,777 TN with three associated storage tanks, FOB Destination to Kansas City, MO; five year total of 1,110.00 TN with one associated storage tank, FOB Destination to Niskayuna, NY; five year total of 98,800 TN, with two associated tanks, FOB Destination to Littleton, CO; and five year total of 1,575 TN, FOB Destination to Fort Collins, CO. Multiple contracts (one per geographic region) may be awarded as a result of this commercial acquisition. The resultant award(s) shall be five-year, fixed price requirements type contract(s). The ordering period(s) will extend five years commencing on or about 01 February 2004. A significant portion of the product requires offerors to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 5 November 2003 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you do not have Internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written, emailed, or faxed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
