Description

Replacement and Retrofit of Chillers serving the Scott and Sheridan Buildings located at the Armed Forces Retirement Home-Washington (AFRH-W). Work would be performed in accordance with requirements of the solictaton, including but not limited to the general provisions, terms and conditions, statement of work and other applicable documents contained therein. Work covered by the resultant contract would consist of but not be limited to furnishing all labor, material, engineering and equipment required to remove four (4) centrifugal chillers that serve the Scott and Sheridan Dormitory Buildings, install three new chillers, reconfigure two chilled water piping systems, and expand an existing EMCS. The work would be phased and scheduled in a manner to permit continued operation of the air conditioning systems in the two buildings. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-AUG-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 22-JAN-2004.
