- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease 250-300 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area and 1,500 Square feet of ANSI/BOMA collocated storage space. The storage space must be enclosed and have the ability to store a 10 foot boat. DELINEATED AREA: Southern New Jersey; North: Elmer to Port Republic; South: Bridgeton to Somers Point; West: Elmer to Bridgeton; East: Port Republic to Somers Point; If necessary, please contact Elizabeth Eagen, Realty Project Manager for a map. TERM: 10 years with termination rights after the 5th full year of occupancy. OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: Submissions by other than the owner of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS NOR A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THIS ADVERTISEMENT.
