- Description
- Requirements: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expression of interest to lease computer and office related space consisting of a maximum of 80,500 rentable square feet yielding 70,000 Boma Office Usable Square Feet in one (1) stand alone building. Build-to-suit encouraged. Location: The space must be located within the following delineated area: In Northern Virginia within the following boundaries: Route 7 to the north Route 674 to Route 123 along the Eastern boundary; from Route 66 to Route 50 along the Southern boundary; and from Route 28 to Route 7 along the Western boundary. Lease Term: Ten years (10) firm. Space must be ready for occupancy by April 2005 or earlier. Expressions of Interest should include the following and be submitted no later than COB February 6, 2004: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Site plan and map (total size of parcel) 4.
