Description
The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI, or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. The attached vendor notification is released for the purpose of soliciting input from Small Businesses that believe they have the capability and qualifications to serve as the Prime Contractor for the attached requirements. This notification is not a guarantee that the contract will be set aside for Small Business performance or issued under a contract vehicle available to any/all Small Businesses. The input requested in this notification will be used to assess the capabilities of Small Businesses interested and qualified to serve as the Prime Contractor for this contract. Responses from Small Businesses interested only in participating as a subcontractor or teaming on this contract will not be evaluated for the purposes of this request. Small Businesses believing they have the capability to serve as the Prime Contractor for the requirements are requested to provide the summary information specified below for evaluation. Respondents are asked to provide all information requested in order for the government to perform a preliminary capabilities assessment. Respondents failing to provide the information requested will not be included in the evaluation. Respondents must also include verification of CMM Level III certification and capability to respond to worldwide deployment requirements. Estimated dollar range for this requirement is $130,000,000 to $150,000,000. Responding to this request is not a guarantee of selection or participation in the performance of this contract. Response to this notification request is voluntary. Information requested: (1) Company name; (2) Point of Contact name/phone number; (3) Company address; (4) Contract vehicles, if any (i.e.; 8a, FAST, small business, etc); (5) Brief description of corporate capabilities related to the major requirements; (6) Three (3) client references to substantiate successful past performance of requirements similar to those contained in the attachment (including organization name, point of contact and phone number); and (7) Certification of capability to comply with the ?Constraints? listed in the attachment.
