Description

Modification to Solicitation N42082-04-Q-0050 due to questions during on-site visit. 1. Will the Government be responsible for the purchase of all material? (parts, yes) 2. The TM-1 has been disassembled, have all parts been marked and inventoried for reassembly? ( No- but could be) 3. The ?heavy Duty Hydraulic Lift? item 9 will be a mobile crane or gantry, are there any limitations as to the type of equipment due to fumes which might be present during operation of such equipment? (Yes. Prior notice to USNA Fire Dept is required. Will be arranged by USNA) 4. Is there a maximum floor-loading requirement for the lifting equipment? (Floor is 600lbs/square foot) 5. What are the hours of operation and days of the week we will be allowed to work? (Monday thru Friday, 0630 to 1700) 6. Line 0001A is for the hourly rate for a technician, is line 0001B for a helper or ?labor?. (Labor. If a helper or helpers will be needed, supply labor hrs and rates for them.) 7. Line 0001C is for parts; we assume from the site visit that all parts are the responsibility of the Government, is this Correct? (Yes) 8. Does prevailing wage apply to this project (Yes) 9. If answer to 8 is YES, Please supply a Prevailing wage rate sheet for this area (The rate sheet will be faxed to all who requested copies of the solicitation) THIS SYNOPSIS, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-2, UNUSUAL AND COMPELLING URGENCY, SHALL CLOSE ON 26 JANUARY 2004 AT 1:00 PM LOCAL TIME.
