- This is synopsis for commercial item: Item 0001 Qty: 1 each Forklift, diesel, 15,000 lb, 4 wheel, sit down with one pair of fork extension. Item 0002 Qty: 1 each. Forklift, diesel, 15,000 lb 4wheel, sit down. Item 0003: Qty 1 each. Forklift, Electric, 6,000 lb, 4 wheel, sit down. Desired delivery is 30 days after award date of contract The Government requires delivery to be made within 45 days after award date of contract. Delivery: FOB Destination: Garrison Mobile Equipment, MCB Camp S. D. Butler, Okinawa, Japan FPO AP 96373-5001. This procurement not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. Solicitation will be available on and after 23 January 2004. Requests for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued to all respondents to this synopsis.
