- Description
- The purpose of this amendment to add electronic invoicing using Wide Area WorkFlow ? Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF). The government plans to implement WAWF in the fall of 2004. Until WAWF is implemented, invoices will be mailed to the address in the contract. DFARS Clause 252.212-7001 is replaced with the revised DFARS Clause 252.212-7001 (DFARS Clause 252.232-7003 is added). 1. DFARS Clause 252.212-7001 is revised: DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items applies with the following clauses applicable for paragraph (a): FAR 52.203-3 Gratuities, and the following clauses applicable for paragraph (b): DFARS 252.205-7000, Provision of Information to Cooperative Agreement Holders ; DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program; and DFARS 2 52.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities; DFARS 252.243-7002 Requests for Equitable Adjustment; DFARS 252.247-7023 Transportation of Supplies by Sea ; DFARS 252.247-7024 Notification of Transportation of supplies By Sea; DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
