- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order under basic ordering agreement N00019-03-G-0041 with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation of the Boeing Company to revise ECP 312. The revision to ECP 312 is an H2.0 block upgrade including software tasks required to develop and provide Operation Flight Programs for the affected avionics subsystems for the EAV-8B Harrier Aircraft. The proposed contract action is non-competitive. Numbered Note 22
