- BLM Invitation for Bids, NAB040051, 1,000 TONS OF GOOD QUALITY ALFALFA/GRASS HAY TO BE DELIVERED TO BLM RIDGECREST CORRALS IN RIDGECREST, CA. Solicitation number NAB040051 applies and will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) on or about January 29, 2004 for the following requirement: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Ridgecrest Field Office in Ridgecrest, California has a requirement for 1,000 tons of 60% alfalfa/40% grass hay, to be delivered on the following schedule: First 250 tons - On or about March 1, 2004 Second 250 tons - On or about April 15, 2004 Third 250 tons - On or about June 1, 2004 Fourth 250 tons - On or about July 15, 2004 This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 111940. Size standard is $.75 million. Bids are due February 12, 2004 by 3:00 PM Mountain Time.
