- Description
- The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Support Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS, is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors. The service requested is support to Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) for Music (score & audio) for a one hour video. The contractor shall create an original score for a one hour video documentary relating to Army participation in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and provide the music as created, produced and recorded with industry standard documentation. Peri od of performance is two months from award. All interested contractors must address all areas of their expertise listed in this requirement. The contractor personnel shall meet the following experience qualifications: (Required) Demonstrated experience in creating television quality music (score an d audio) for video similar productions This is a new requirement. The complete requirements will be included in the Statement of Work (SOW) issued with the Request for Proposal (RFP) notice. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this project is T006, NAICS code is 512110, and SIC c ode is 7812. The contractor shall provide a completed original score of television quality music ready to support visual documentation; including the music as created, produced and recorded on an appropriate to-be-determined electronic media and the music documented on paper in an industry standard manner. Creation, production and recording of the musical score shall be in coordination with Government POC and subject to rewrite and rerecording based upon review and comments by Government POC. Contractor s hall conduct weekly Interim Progress Reports (IPRs) at the governments office in Arlington, VA. All responses will be considered and must include proof of Contractors ability to provide the required support to CALL for Music (score & audio) for a one hour video, including performance information and references on the contractors abilities. The respo nse should also provide GSA schedule, contract labor categories and rates for this service. All responses must include company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE code. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. All responses must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. CST, on 27 JAN 04. All appropriately supported responses will be provided the RFP and SOW for preparation and submission of a proposal.
