Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source contract to North American Aerobatic Team dba, AeroShell Aerobatic Team, 576 Henley Drive, Geiger, AL 35459, for the following: A performance (formation aerobatic routine) and appearance that consist of four (4) T-6 type aircraft. This requirement is sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contact. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above service, they must respond to this notice before 3:00p.m. Central Standard Time, on January 28, 2004. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with AeroShell Aerobatic Team will be pursued. The POC for this notice is Toxie H.
