Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to procure construction of the Dr. Nancy Foster Florida Keys Environmental Center on the Old Submarine Boat Basin, Key West, Florida. However, because of the nonpassage of the DOC FY04 budget, the SOLICITATION MUST BE DELAYED INDEFINITELY. If a decision to restart this project occurs, this project will be posted again and readvertised on FEDBIZOPS. Revised response dates will be provided at the time of the new posting. Copies of the specifications and drawings are not available. If you have questions, please contact the primary or secondary points of contact.
