- Description
- Project is for reconstruction of Road 152 (.56 mile) and Roads 529, 529C and Camp Spurs (.52 mile). Work includes removal of structures and obstructions, excavation, placement methods 2 and 3; borrow excavation, placement method 2; crushed aggregate placement; hot asphalt concrete plant mix; tack coat, grade CSS-1; PCCSP in 10", 12", 18", 24" and 36", .064 thickness, method C; 53" span, 41" rise, PCCSP arch, .079" thick, method C; 35" span, 24" rise, PCCSP arch, .064 thick, method C; seeding, hydraulic or dry method, with mulch. Work is located on the Winona District of the Ouachita National Forest in Perry County, Arkansas. Cost to the Government is not expected to be the controlling factor in the selection of a contractor for this solicitation. The degree of importance of cost as a factor could become greater depending upon the quality of the proposals for other factors evaluated. The following factors will be used for evaluation of each proposal: Past Performance, Experience and Price. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
