- Description
- Dellenback Trail #1460, Phase II, Diamond Lake Ranger District, Douglas County, Oregon. Work consists of several components related to maintenance, reconstruction, pavement sealing and earth wall construction along a 17.13-kilometer asphalt-paved trail. The project is located approximately 80 miles east of Roseburg, Oregon. Work is to be completed by October 1, 2005. The solicitation is not currently available and is scheduled to be issued in the Spring of 2004. This is a Request for Quotations. In addition to price, offerors are required to complete a project specific questionnaire providing information regarding past performance history, use of local workforce, technical approach, equipment capability, work sequencing, quality control, etc. Detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, use of local workforce and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. The Government estimates this project to be less than $100,000. NAICS: 234170.
