Description: This project is for planting tree seedlings on the Black Hills National Forest. The contractor shall provide everything, including but not limited to all equipment, supplies, including water and water containers, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states is to be furnished by the Government. Requires hoedad or auger planting of conifer tree seedlings in 6 work units totaling approximately 617 acres, spacing is 10 X 10. NAICS 115310, $6M. The solicitation will be available for download from this website only. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or around January 28, 2004. This is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
