NSN 1560-01-254-3027; Door Access; Lockheed Martin Corp (Cage 81755), P/N 16B6583-1, REV 'J' AL/PL REV 'N'; Alternate Approved Sources: Fokker Aerostructures (Cage H0643); Tucas Havacilik (Cage T0544); Cyclone Aviation (Cage 55503). Configuration Control Applies. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Quantities are estimated as follows: Base year guaranteed minimum 3 each. Minimum order quantity base year 3 pcs. Maximum contract quantity base year 12 pcs. Option years 1 through 4 guaranteed minimum 3 pcs. Minimum order quantity 3 pcs. Maximum contract quantity 24 pcs. See solicitation for additional details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP007. FOB Origin. Destinations unknown. Government First Article applies. Alternate offerors are required to submit a complete technical data package with their offer in order to be considered as an additional source. Electronic offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
