- This is a COMBINED synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. The place of delivery is Baghdad International Airport (ICAO - ORBS), Baghdad, Iraq. Jet Aviation Fuel, Jet A-1 w/o FSII, NSN 9130-01-305-4096. The anticipated period of performance is from 1 March 2004 through 30 September 2005. The estimated total quantity is 9,000,000 USG. The recommended price escalator for this location is Platt?s FOB Med, Basis Italy, Jet Aviation Fuel. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government anticipates award of a Requirements Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract resulting from this announcement. The reference price is effective 5 January 2004. This announcement incorporates the provisions and clauses, which are outlined in Solicitation SP060002R0012-0001.
