- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 3 (New York/New Jersey) seeks a firm to provide telephone auditing services. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting an audit of the telephone services and lines for each of the nine facilities within VISN 3, and pursuing any applicable rebates for overcharges or mischarges by telephone service providers, and for providing recommendations for changes in service or infrastructure that will result in future savings. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business firms. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-OCT-2003).
