- The Overseas Private Investment Corporation intends to make a sole source award to AT&T Wireless for digital phone, blackberry, and wireless phone service between 02/01/04 - 01/31/09 at 1100 New York Avenue, NW, Washington D.C. 20527. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a sole source requirement and if after evaluation the agency determines that there is no other comparable service, an award will be made without further notification.
