- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA22-04-T-0010 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal A cquisition Circular 97-14. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336340 size standard is 750 employees. The following items are intended to be purchased for the Governmen t: Item number 1, Quantity of 60 each Meritor (or equal) Brake Drums , PN: 3219C4345 (new). Item number 2, Quantity of 60 each Meritor (or equal) Brake Drums, PN: 3219S4829 (new). Burden of proof for ??????or equal?????? items is the responsibility of th e contractor.
